All new Oregon® solid harvester bars deliver superior performance. Computerized
design techniques, state-of-the-art manufacturing processes and high-grade alloy-
steel material are used. The patented Cradle™ sprocket-tooth design results in the
critical nose-sprocket area being exceptionally strong and reliable. A newly painted
bright yellow bar body comes in both .063 and .080 gauges. The .063 (red graphics)
bar uses 16H saw chain and the .080 (black graphics) bar uses 18H saw chain.

Oregon® Jet-Fit® bars allow harvester operators to change the bar and chain on their
machines quickly, in about 30 seconds. In addition to the quick-change Jet-Fit®
motor mount, solid-body Jet-Fit® bars offer all the durability, reliability, performance,
and superior features of our Solid Harvester line of bars. Oregon® Jet-Fit® bars run
heavy-duty .080"-gauge Oregon® 18H chain, and work on harvesters equipped with
automatic and manual chain tensioners requiring a 15mm wide mounting slot.
The state of the art in 3/4"-pitch guide bars with rugged, solid-body construction and
specialized alloy-steel material. 11H/BC bars are .122"gauge and can be
restraightened if bent during cutting mishaps. . Available in either:

  • Replaceable-sprocket-nose design. Superior cutting efficiency, maximum bar
and chain life. The patented Cradle™ sprocket-tooth design results in the
critical nose-sprocket area being exceptionally strong and reliable.
  • Armor-tip design. Superior performance in abrasive cutting conditions. Ultra-
tough wear resistant alloy is welded to the bar's nose.
The Advanced, Patented, Cradle™ Nose-sprocket Design
Cradle™ is the name of the patented new nose-sprocket design now being built into
Oregon ® professional guide bars. On stan-dard noses, the entire weight and load of
the chain is carried by the tips of the sprocket teeth. But on a Cradle ™ sprocket, the
weight and load is spread out over the much larger surface area between each tooth.
The end result is a dramatic decrease in sprocket problems and nose-sprocket life that
is 150% to 300% longer.

Harvester 9000 bars are constructed of solid steel for extremely
demanding cutting conditions. The 9000 manufacturing process
allows the bar to be straightened numerous times if accidentally
bent. Unique design and processing of the nose sprocket and
computer controlled induction rail hardening make the 9000 the
obvious solution for the toughest harvesting conditions.
The new 9000 series liquid flow solid harvester bar has been
designed for dispensing Urea onto stump. Spray holes located close
to the cutting edge meaning you do not have to cut futher through
the tree than usual.
